Our programs are broken up into weekly lesson plans that include stretching, cool hoop tricks, and games!
Mad About Hoops believes fitness should be fun and that students should play every day!
Elementary
Grades 1-5
Fun fitness with the goal of improving balance, stamina, and coordination as well as self-confidence and teamwork.
Middle School
Grades 6-8
Each week, the students will learn advanced hoop tricks, create trick combos and get a great workout! A choreographed routine will be showcased for the parents at the end of the semester.
